T.O.P.S IS HERE!!!
Taking Off Pounds Sensibly is a weight-loss support and wellness education organization with thousands of chapters in the United States and Canada. Now there is one in Siloam Springs. We have started back in April and would love to have you join us. Members learn how sensible nutrition, portion control, and regular physical activity add quality and years to their lives. Members also benefit from weekly chapter meetings that provide accountability and camaraderie.

The Siloam Springs Chapter meets every week on Wednesdays at 1:30pm. Your 1st meeting is free. So come and see what we do. Here's an example of one of our days... We start with prayer, say the Pledge of Allegiance, the T.O.P.S. pledge, have tips and ideas for how to keep healthy, share healthy recipes, and give each other support. We also have lots of fun too! Next Meeting is July 19th at 1:30pm at The Siloam Springs Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Everyone is welcome!
A Special Message From Bev & Val To Their Friends & Family....
Val & Bev send many thanks for the prayers and cards during Bev's hospitalization and surgeries. And thanks for the lovely prepared food when Bev was not capable of cooking. Thursday, Rosie & Butch Davis delivered food, from themselves along with Wanda Sisk. They kept us well supplied for several days. Then on Sunday, Mary & Ken Hielscher  brought a new supply of delicious food that we didn't have to prepare. Take the work out of having to fix those meals was such a thoughtful and helpful thing to do. Thank you!
